DIET

HI bLOG... Today came back again to write ...hahhaa no woman was ugly only lazy woman. yes... is true no woman was ugly only woman . Blog today was on 18/March/2009 i must start to diet...now i want made target for 3 months blog - until 18/June/2009 to loss weight. Blog today is my first day for diet so u must wait for me until 3 month for my charges... yes... chin u must work hard .. Yeah, I will do it. blog after married i put a lot of weight and very hard to loss the weight , sometimes i can not control my self to eat .. When teenager I can made it. in one month i can loss 7 kg, but now after married very hard to loss weight. I things i getting old and old but i want ive my self chance to do it. Sure i can do it . No woman was ugly right only lazy woman . after married we also must take care our body.. every woman want look beautifull yeah ... I must do it... Start TODAY
